A collection of short comics, many originally appearing in Wieland's newsletter zine 'Wheels'.
The comics vary from autobiographical and linear storytelling; to more abstract, absurd, and surreal. Mixing generally mundane moments, memories of places, and dreams with characters inspired by neighbors, old classmates, and acquaintances to create narratives that are often enigmatic.
Andy Wieland is a cartoonist based in Saint Paul, MN. His comics have been featured in Rust Belt Review, and in his subscription mail newsletter zine, 'Wheels'. He also packs books for Uncivilized.
