Q: Where is the Ginseng Roots Box?
Due to a variety logistics issues related to COVID, the production on the GR Box was delayed. We're hoping to have it out in time for the holidays, 2020. Once dates are firmed up, we'll post them here.
Q: Which is the latest issue out now?
As of July 31st the latest issue out is #5. GR #6 will ship to subscribers by end of August and be in Stores in September.
Q: I'm a subscriber, and I'm missing an issue. What can I do?

Q: I'm a subscriber, and I'm moving. Can I update my address for the subscription?
Yes! Please fill out this form. Additionally we will email all subscribers roughly 1-2 weeks before we ship the next issue to make sure your correct address is on file.
